Return Eligibility

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene items (for safety reasons)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@omfusion-us.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. When approved, ship the item back using the return label (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items, or if you need another size or variant (subject to availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as OM FUSION LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.
